The day started out pretty normal, people dawned thier orange outfits, hats, orange wigs, orange hair ready to celebrate Queens Day!!! Then we noticed at the old city hall, a string of balloons being taken down, as we walked farther we noticed no music in the streets, no dances to be danced, someone had ran his car into a crowd of people and killed 6 which put a halt to the celebration of 2009.
